The Education Operations Manager is part of the heart and soul of Foster the Future, working directly with carers, caseworkers, and our volunteer tutors to ensure successful tutoring. It is a casual paid position in our operations team responsible for matching tutors with students, providing training, and helping tutors do the best they can. Our non-tutoring volunteers work in teams as a core part of our organisation to manage our finances, marketing, operations, and corporate development. All roles are remote and flexible.

Our team is looking for one new volunteer to help our larger volunteer operations team. You’ll get to work with our core team, moving the needle for kids in care by delivering the best experience possible for as many students as possible. Apply here!

Our team is looking for two new volunteers to help build our brand and get the message out there. Our marketing coordinators develop copy for campaigns, design merchandise, and have the opportunity to be creative. Apply here!
Events Manager
